About us

Napier House is run by charming host, Linda Gregory, who used to work as a professional dancer, before she took over the B&B.

Guests are served an exceptional and substantial breakfast in the morning, often before they make an invigorating stroll along the beach or drive to the nearby resort of Eastbourne.

The home is a Victorian seafront house overlooking the beach in Pevensey Bay. The welcoming B&B has three comfortably furnished guest rooms, two of which have a sea view, and a balcony.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Dogs are welcome by arrangement. Parking is off-road in front of the house. Families with young children are welcome.  High chair and travel cot are available.
