Little Keepings is a cosy, self-catering garden flat with an enclosed garden.   The flat comprises of:

• Large lounge, with Freeview TV
• Modern kitchen with a fridge freezer and a microwave
• Double bedroom
• Children’s room with single bed and two bunks. 

The flat is ideal for a family with up to three childen, or for four adults sharing. If more bed-space is required, a fold-out bed in living room can be used.

There is no washing machine, but the local laundrette is only
50 yards away.  Ironing is provided. 

Local shops on Pevesey Bay High Street are less than 100 meters away.

Price

The flat can be rented for between £300 – £600 per week.
The price is dependent on duration of stay, time of the year, etc.

Both the main house, and the beach appartments make for dog friendly holiday home by the sea.
